Join us for an initial 25-minute Zoom Call where we will explore your background, experience, and the roles you are applying for. After the call, our team will offer valuable, actionable feedback to help you enhance your CV. You can expect to receive your CV with detailed feedback within a week following the Zoom call.
We focus on highlighting areas for improvement, and we provide alternative examples of what you could write in your CV to effectively highlight your skills. Our goal is to empower your career journey and help your CV stand out to employers to secure more interviews.
Get ready to supercharge your interview skills in our exciting 40-minute Zoom Call with Tailored Career Boost! Our dynamic mock interviews provide you the opportunity to practice interviews to enhance your confidence and performance before your real test.
The interview will mainly consist of common interview questions, along with some role-specific questions tailored to the positions you’re applying for. Alternatively if you have particular questions you want advice on how to answer then add this to the notes section during checkout. We will provide feedback after every question alongside a detailed report which will be given after your interview.

In this role, you will engage with customers, manage stock, and assist in merchandising, which will enhance your teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
This experience not only provides practical skills but also gives you valuable examples to share in interviews, helping you stand out to potential employers. In addition, by starting as a volunteer, there is a greater chance of securing Manager and paid positions for that charity.
Our Story
While volunteering at a charity shop, I met another volunteer struggling to secure a retail sales assistant role. She had retail experience, excellent communication skills, and a great attitude - everything an employer would look for in a sales assistant role. Yet, despite making 100s of applications, she wasn't landing interviews. Curious about why she wasn’t landing any interviews, I asked to see her CV. Upon reviewing it, I noticed that it contained generic statements and lacked a clear, engaging structure, making it hard for employers to progress her to the interview stage. I provided her with detailed feedback, highlighting areas for improvement as well as restructuring key sections to better reflect her skills and experience.
When I was applying for graduate jobs, my CV went through countless iterations and was reviewed by multiple people. These experiences reinforced my belief that sometimes, a little guidance can make a difference. Our support team will promptly assist you to ensure you have the necessary information for your upcoming session.

What should I do if I need to reschedule my career coaching appointment?If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at tailoredcareerboost@outlook.com at least 12 hours before your originally scheduled booking. In your email, make sure to provide several available times and dates that work for you so our team can find the best alternative time for your rescheduled booking.

What is the refund policy for appointments?At Tailored Career Boost, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know via email at tailoredcareerboost@outlook.com at least 24 hours in advance, and we will be able to provide a full refund. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we are happy to accommodate this request as long as we are informed at least 12 hours before your scheduled call. Unfortunately, if you notify us less than 12 hours before your appointment or fail to attend, no refunds will be given.
